Life can get so messy that we only pray before a meal or bedtime. But God has so much more for us. He loves it when His Children come together and connect with him in prayer. Our prayer ministry opens our hearts and minds to partner with God as He works in powerful ways.

Each week, our Prayer Team gathers at various times with different groups to pray for our community, church, outreach and our nation. We see lives saved, touched and healed as prayers are brought before God. Interested in praying with us? Our Prayer Team meets weekly on Sunday at 8am.

Worship is a language that God gives every believer to help us express our praise to Him and celebrate His greatness.

At The GPT Church, we love to worship together. We understand that loving God means worshipping Him – living a life that brings glory to Him and draws us nearer to Jesus. When our community gathers and expresses our sung prayers to God and about Him, we experience His amazing presence and hear His voice. Our worship helps us express who God is, celebrate His greatness, experience His touch, thank Him, and encourage each other with His truth. It’s an all-encompassing way of living.

The worship songs we sing are contemporary in style, but range from ancient hymns to the latest choruses, and everything in between. We write many of the songs we sing, and encourage the artists in our church to grow in their songwriting and musicianship.

This department is a service department that makes sure that the sanctuary is organized clean and in order before members come into the service.

They take care of all the sitting arrangements, assist members who are in need of services by connecting them to the pastors and other leaders and also collect the offering and any other duties.

This group constitutes members of all gender, marital status and age-groups. Anyone can serve in this department and the only requirement is that one is a born again Christian and a member of the church.

This team is led by Deacon Charles Kuria

Our safe, nurturing and fun environment provides kids with a place where they can learn Bible lessons, sing praises to Jesus and build a foundation for their life-long journey of faith. We’re excited to meet your children each Sunday morning at 10 am and 12:15 pm

Our Teens Church takes the God-given passion of our young people and directs it for the glory of God.

At the RESCUED, we believe that Jesus is real and that He unites us as a family of faith so we can be fully engaged in learning, praying, encouraging, and equipping each other. It’s our passion to help the Teenagers grow in their relationship with Jesus and have fun while we’re doing it.

Sunday mornings our Teens meet at 9.30am to 12:00pm for a time of teaching, and a chance to hang out with one another. It’s a great place to make real friends, have real talk about real life.

Our aim is to have Engaging worship & practical Bible study for our teenagers. Part of what makes the RESCUED experience meaningful is the opportunity our Teenagers get to interact in small groups, face to face, and talk about life.

Every person has the potential to do God’s world-changing work with the gifts and passions He has given them. Today’s generation of young adults are passionately driven to serve our King and pour their lives out to help others.

GPT’s Youth Ministry helps:

  1. Equip our young adults to follow Jesus wherever He takes you.
  2. Connect you in service as you discover your God-given gifts.
  3. Glorify God in the process.
  4. We equip the young adults to change the world

The ministry is led by Pastors Javier & Mwende Franklin

Missions isn’t just something we do, it’s who we are…a lifestyle of every believer.

Jesus calls every believer to be “mission-minded,” simply by being open to God-directed opportunities to show the love of Jesus to those you interact with in your daily life.

This can be as simple as literally just reaching out and helping people…seeing a need and meeting it. It can be an act of kindness.

Missions can also be sharing your faith with others. It can be as simple as inviting someone to church or talking to someone at work that has questions about God. Basically sharing the story of your spiritual journey and the story of Jesus with other people who need to hear about it. You can do that locally at work or with your family, or join us for one of our regional or international missions trips to build the muscles of evangelism.
